Responsibilities

• This consultant will plan and perform statistical analysis and conduct studies related to the repair processes for maintenance workers and skilled trades
• This consultant will design and build analytic processes to track staff schedule optimization and travel times, backlogs of repair, completion times of repairs, and age of open repairs

• The IT Business Analyst collaborates with business stakeholders in Operations, Quality, Sales, Finance, Engineering, and other front-end teams to understand key business objectives and goals, analyze and prioritize process and systems opportunities, and assist businesses with reports and/or data integrity
