Responsibilities

• We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Specialist to support and enhance our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform, Dynamics 365 for Sales
• This role involves gathering and documenting requirements, configuring and supporting CRM solutions, and driving process improvements across our organization
• You’ll work closely with stakeholders, provide training to end users, and play a critical role in optimizing CRM functionalities to meet business needs
• Develop and maintain expert-level knowledge of Dynamics 365 for Sales and associated add-ons (e.g., Experlogix CPQ)
• Provide consultation and support during CRM installations, upgrades, and customizations

Position: SAS Analyst

Responsibilities

• We are looking for a SAS Data and Reporting analyst to handle data management and reporting tasks and help our technology team interpret SAS code to document requirements as we migrate into a new enterprise data management and reporting platform
• You will manage and run SAS scripts to ingest data into SAS data tables, perform data validation and reconciliation on ingested data files, run SAS scripts on a daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly basis to produce reporting for business end users, write SAS scripts to support ad hoc data requests from business users, and support current project to migrate reporting to enterprise data platform
